1. Q: Where can they be displayed?
 A: Display them on rooftops, parks, beaches and intercity terminals, in front of the show rooms and supermarkets. In one word, they can be displayed everywhere, just as you like.

2. Q: How can we install the inflatables?
 A: It is very easy to install. Prepare your ground; Open the package of inflatables and blower.     Plug in the blower and inflate it.

3. Q: What about size and color?
 A: The size and color can be changed according to your requirements or according to the size in our webpage or catalogue.

4. Q: Can you design one specially?
 A: Yes, send us details and a sketch or a picture of your requirements and we will quote you our best price.

5. Q: How do you start the order?
 A: We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total payment. When order finished, we will email you the digital photo for your confirmation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.
If the order is urgent, you’d better pay 100% in advance

6. Q: Producing time?
 A: Our regular producing time for 1pcs inflatable games is 6-15 days, excluding air transit time, from the date of confirmation. However, it can be depending on the design and the dimensions.

7. Q: Shipping?
 A: Can be delivery by air or by sea. The approximate transit time by air is 5 business days maximum and by sea 15-30 days.

8. Q: After service:
 A: our company is responsible for making some modifications as you need and your purchase can be reproduced and refunded if there are serious quality problems

9. Q: Can you do OEM business?
 A: Yes, we can print your picture or logo on the inflatable products and you can offer the picture in any format made by Photoshop or Core draw.

10. Q: What is the difference between a small inflatable and a large one, apart form the size?
 A: A mini inflatable is made of PVC and is air-tight. A large inflatable is made of strong PVC tarpaulin with two coating and a net inside, PVC fiber, or nylon and needs to be kept under pressure by means of a blower.

11. Q: Do the colors fade when the inflatable is exposed to the sun for any length of time?
 A: Due to a UV protection is the color fading nearly non existent.

12. Q: Can an inflatable have any shape?
 A: Nearly every shape is possible; of course you can ask staff members for advice. In case it is not possible to recreate the shape, the staff can help to realize an alternate inflatable solution.

13. Q: Can I make any repairs to the boat if I accidentally cause a hole?

 A: It is not easy to put a hole in the boat. But if that do happen it is usually very easy to fix. The repair kit is a standard accessory and comes complete with instruction. You can do most repairs by yourself and the repaired area will then be as good as new. Also, for major repairs due to accidents there are many repair shops across the country that repairs inflatable boats at                                  reasonable costs. However, with careful ordinary use, your boat should not require repairs.

14. Q: What can I do to increase the life of my pool?
 A: Follow the instruction manual and keep water maintained as directed by your local pool supplier.

15. Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
      A: T/T payment

16. Q: what accessories included?
 A: Repair kit bag (including the same color’s material, glue), blower (some products need), ground sheet are included in the packages. All the blowers are CE& UL Approved. Especially for European& American market need.

17. Q: What kind of guarantee you give?
 A: Our inflatable games can be used more than 3 years. If it is damaged, you can use the glue and material to repair it. Because it is too long distance to ship goods back, we will send a kit bag for every inflatable product.
